After receiving my Ph.D. from The University of Michigan, I began my career with General Motors in the organization development department in 1983. With over 30 years in business, my background combines real world executive experience with a strong track record of success that includes leading the coaching practice at a global HR consulting company and as the health care practice lead for another global organization.
